Located in the historic Happy Valley, this home cleverly integrates resort-style relaxation into its design, creating a private space perfectly in harmony with natural light, warm wood tones, and soft color palettes. Prioritizing abundant natural light, using wooden floors and furniture to create a warm ambiance. Hoping to feel like a vacation, a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing residents to enjoy a peaceful and restful home experience.

In the main living area, full-height panoramic windows are dressed with white louvered blinds, allowing natural light to flood the space while maintaining privacy and visual softness. A round beige dining table with a sculptural base anchors the open-plan layout, paired with mid-century cane chairs featuring leather cushions and brushed chrome legs. Overhead, a flowing paper pendant light casts gentle shadows, adding a sense of calm ritual to the everyday. The kitchen continues the warm, understated palette with handcrafted walnut cabinetry and a bar-height counter that extends from a low bench.

Spatial planning has been subtly reworked to improve flow and maximize utility. The entry to the primary bedroom was repositioned to expand the living area and increase wardrobe storage, while minor adjustments to the guest bathroom shortened the hallway and allowed for more generous study and guest room proportions. The palette of walnut, beige, and pale grey brings depth without contrast, resulting in a home that feels refined, grounded, and easy to live in.
